Welcome to THP, operated by THP Digital LLC ("THP", "we", "us"). By using our websites, applying for our programs or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Not Medical Advice
THP provides education and coaching on lifestyle, training, nutrition and habits. We are not doctors, and nothing we provide is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before changing your diet, training, supplements or medications, or if you have any medical condition. Never ignore or delay professional medical advice because of something you learned from THP.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3. Results
Client results shared on our website and social media are individual experiences. Results vary based on effort, genetics, health and other factors. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including any specific testosterone level.
4. Programs and Payments
The THP coaching program is a 12 week program priced at the price agreed at checkout. Your purchase is for the full program, and delivery begins as soon as payment is received and access is granted. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the full amount, whether paid in full, in installments or through a financing provider (such as Klarna or Affirm). Financing is provided by those companies under their own terms. You are responsible for completing all installment payments you agree to. Installment plans offered directly by THP are a courtesy, not a subscription. The full program price is owed from the moment you join, and installments cannot be cancelled. If an installment is missed, access may be paused, and the remaining balance stays due.
5. Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because coaching is personalized and delivery begins immediately, THP does not offer refunds, in full or in part, for any reason, including if you stop using the service.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, follow the program in good faith, and take responsibility for your own health decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content we provide, including videos, documents, protocols and branding, belongs to THP. It is for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared or resold without written permission.
8. Communications
By applying or purchasing, you agree to receive emails and, if you opted in, text messages related to your application and our services. You can opt out at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, THP is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
12. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, you agree to contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback or dispute for services you received is a breach of these Terms. THP will contest it with records of your account activity and may pursue collection of any amount owed, plus reasonable costs.
